How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Viewdemocrats Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Viewdemocrats Roofing went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. Say a problem comes up with work on your home. The usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please know that Viewdemocrats Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@viewdemocrats.boutique and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
